Alaina Randerson, MSc, CBIS

Alaina Randerson received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science with a Concentration in Sports Medicine from Colorado State University. Focusing on Neuromuscular Movements, Successful Aging, and Exercise Physiology; she discovered her passion for aiding individuals in independent living and increasing functional capacity. Alaina spent over two years rehabilitating patients with Autism, Multiple Sclerosis, and developmental disabilities in Fort Collins, Colorado. She later spent a year in Craig Hospital’s physical therapy and occupational therapy departments working with individuals with Spinal Cord Injuries and Traumatic Brain Injuries in Denver, Colorado. She became a certified Brain Injury Specialist in 2016. She earned her Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States in 2018. In her time off, she trains for triathlons, snowboards, hikes, and loves to travel.
